”Kristin has made a huge impact on my Credit Union and on my own leadership capabilities. She consulted with my management team on many projects including: strategic planning, employee engagement, forward-looking reviews, performance-based goal setting, improved recruiting and hiring process, general HR policies and procedures, candidate assessments, self-leadership development coaching and many 1-on-1 coaching sessions with myself and my team. She will make your organization more focused and efficient and will challenge and improve your leadership skills. I strongly recommend working with Kris!”

”During my transition from a classroom teacher to a principal, and later Superintendent I enlisted the help of Kris Clark. Through the VQ Profile and Self-Leadership Coaching, I learned a great deal about myself and how others perceive me. Kris expertly guided me in becoming more successful in my career and personal life by changing my own perception of myself. She is easy to talk to and an excellent listener. As a leader, I am expected to make quick decisions and solve complicated issues. I have used the tools she taught me to approach my job with increased confidence and clarity since 2007. I highly recommend Kris and the Assessment and Coaching Program to anyone going through a life change. I am a much better leader for having done so.”

”Over the past two years, Kristin has helped me become more mindful and practiced in value-based thinking. I am better able to pause within the busy hum of every day and think critically about what is most important; and then, focus my attention and energy on those things that add the most value. I feel more aligned with who I want to be in my career and life. Kris’s thoughtful approach, well-written materials, and collegial coaching helped me learn how to approach challenging situations more effectively, a new skill that will carry me through life. Thank you, Kris!”

”Kris worked one-on-one with me – twice. Although I frequently rescheduled and delayed our sessions, she persisted and would not let me get in my own way. She was patient and so truly insightful in a very understandable way. We produced fast results and I was amazed how quickly she got to the root of what was repeatedly holding me back. She clearly saw what I didn’t. If you need clear direction, Kristin has the Insight!”
