V. Debbie Joseph-Caddle is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK (FCCA), a Member in Audit Practice of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT), and an Axiogenics Certified NCRT Practitioner.

As an Accountant and entrepreneur, she founded a small full-service accounting firm in Trinidad & Tobago, which she led for twenty-five (25) years. In 2017 after a decade of structured succession planning initiatives, she was able to successfully transition leadership to her successors. Since then, she has been pursuing her passion and focusing her energies on the development and transformation of people within all spectrums of life, so that they can Live and Lead with continuity in mind™

I embarked on the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the intention of honing my leadership skills, personally and professionally to ensure I maximize the value proposition given to and derived from my department as a result of my leadership.
