Mary Kutheis ("Kooth-ice"), Executive Coach

Company: MCK Coaching + Training

Position: Executive Coach

Overview

I launched my company in 2001, enthusiastic about working with business people who are enthusiastic about making their work lives better. Prior to that, I worked in both not-for-profit and corporate environments, so understand the benefits and the challenges of working within an organization.

Clients partner with me to develop and/or hone skills focused on: “A Game” thinking, leadership, communication, prioritization & delegation, emotional intelligence, executive presence, time management, meeting management, conflict resolution, hiring & selection, and new leader development.

Though I hold four coaching certifications, have written a book (Making Minutes Matter), and have been featured as an expert on radio, podcast, TV, online, and in print, the credential that truly matters is the experience my coaching clients have and the positive shifts made. This work is what I was meant to do and what brings me joy (no lie) every day.

What do you want from your coach?

Working with me, you’ll get insight, compassion, curiosity, candor, accountability, solution development, and a sense of humor. We do serious work without being overly serious.

I’ve been a wife for 27 years, a mom for 24 ½, and a rescue dog mom for as long as I can remember. There were also brief stints parenting cats, birds, and the occasional rodent. Have lived almost my entire life in St. Louis, Missouri.

What I love about Axiogenics coaching.

How we think is at the root of everything we do. Every change we want to make and sustain begins with our thinking. Axiogenics coaching enhances every other kind of personal and professional development. And any other kind of development is much less effective without the insight and information gathered in the Valuegenic Self-Leadership program. This is far and away the most life-altering and valuable coaching and training in my toolbox. It’s exciting work, and I’d be more than excited to share it with you.

Mary is one of the smartest, kindest and most emotionally intelligent coaches I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with on both a personal and professional basis. She knows exactly what questions to ask to guide clients in the right direction and she knows when to offer insights and when to allow leaders to come up with their own best solutions. Her willingness to give of herself and expertise show that above all, she values kindness. Anyone fortunate enough to have Mary in their corner is sure to find success!
