Overview

Thornley (aka Lee), in typical Canadian fashion, is full of ehs, sorrys and pleases in conversation, which will always include some heartfelt humour. (yes, there's that awkward way of Canadian spelling too)

She moved into her career as a Business Consultant & Trainer 14 years ago, having owned and operated 4 other businesses prior to that.

In spite of her entrepreneurial beginnings, coaching was constantly pulling at her. 

Trained originally by Erickson International in individual and team coaching she moved on to certifications in Constellation Coaching, Positive Intelligence and eventually landed in the field of Axiogenics. This is where everything clicked into place, combining all the skills she has honed in training, consulting and coaching. 

To her, it feels as if all the paths of her journey led her to the game-changing world of Axiogenics, as if it had been pre-planned.

In addition to her degree in Business & Marketing, Lee is a certified ACC member of the International Coaching Federation.  

Entrepreneurs, Business owners and Executives work with her to create thinking habits that will move their work forward faster and farther. Teams benefit from greater communication, workplace relationships and synchronization.

Individuals gain insight into how their head gets in the way of their heart, and the best way to use mindful thinking to get out of their own way. 

Lee fosters an environment of inspiration, positivity, and empathy while developing strong commitment of accountability and responsibility to the process.

This wouldn't be a true portrayal of Lee without mentioning she is the mother of three amazing men, their three wonderful partners and soon, a first-time grandmother to twins in 2022.

In the short time we have on this planet, it is her aspirational goal that everyone creates their maximum value and contribution to the benefit of everyone's Quality of Life.
